Six Guiding Rules
Everything we do is shaped by what we call our Six Rules – a set of guiding values that drive both action and accountability at every step.
We face reality as it is, not as it was or how we wish it to be.
We’re open, candid, and frank with everyone—from customers to coworkers.
We lead at every level, and we expect leadership from every team member.
We embrace change proactively, before we’re forced to.
We only compete where we have an advantage. If we can’t win, we don’t play.
We control our own destiny, because if we don’t, someone else will.
Let’s Get to Work
At Wenthe-Davidson, we’re not just manufacturers. We’re problem solvers, efficiency builders, and long-term partners. Whether you need fast turnaround, cost-effective solutions, or a manufacturing partner who truly understands your business, we’re here to help.
Why wait? Let’s build something great together.
