Our lock seam product is a cost effective option for tubular products that have some of the following requirements/specifications:

Our process includes cutting blanks from coil, strip or sheet. The “teeth” are mechanically cut. Features such as vents, holes and notches are either punched by hard tooling or CNC. The product is formed by the means of arbors and closing dies in custom built hydraulic presses. Spot welds are added to the seam.
